Hardship Scheme

Our members may be aware of our long-running Hardship Scheme established in 2018 to support those who may be struggling with transport costs. The scheme offers confidential financial assistance to help cover fares or membership fees, ensuring that no one misses vital appointments or social connections because of cost. Now, new time-limited funding from Powys County Councillors Will Lloyd, William Powell, Tom Colbert and Gareth Ratcliffe, through the Social Value Fund (Poverty Alleviation Scheme), is helping to ensure we can continue to offer this essential support to those in need. For more information or a confidential chat, please call the office on 01497 821616.
