Cost of Living Support

Here at Dial-a-Ride we are still very much aware of the ongoing cost of living crisis and have a number of things in place to help support those of our members who may require it.

Each Tuesday until the end of March we have a free shopping service in and around Hay. We also have a free monthly shopping trip to Brecon, a free monthly trip to the Old Railway Line Garden Centre at Three Cocks and one more free monthly social trip. Refugees living within a 9-mile radius of Hay are eligible for free membership and transport and carers can also travel free on our services. There is also temporary financial aid available for members who may need it to cover fees and fares courtesy of our Hardship Policy.
